Job Title:Sales Engineer-Layer Equipment职位名称：销售工程师-蛋禽设备 Reports To:Sales Manager汇报对象：销售经理 Department:Sales Dept.部门： 销售部 Location： 4 openings in areas below:工作地点：以下地点的四个空缺 工作地点： 1 Fujian-Zhejiang or in vicinity 福建-浙江或邻近区域; 2 Henan-Shandong 河南-山东; 3 Guangdong-Guangxi-Hainan 广东-广西-海南; 4 Jiangxi-Hunan 江西-湖南; Key Responsibility主要职责： Achieve sales target and execute company sales strategy执行公司销售战略以达到销售目标。 Details具体细节: - Present and sell company products to current and potential clients and distributors. 将公司产品呈现并销售给现有及潜在的客户。 - Build up develop solid/continued relationship with end customers throughout the territory. 在所在区域内建立及发展持续稳固的客情关系。 - Prepare sales plans and schedules to identify specific targets. 根据具体的销售目标准备销售计划及日程。 - Prepare presentations, proposals and sales quotations. 准备销售展示，建议，及报价。 - Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge 发展及维护销售资料及现有的产品知识。 - Submit order forecasts and sales report timely 及时提交订单预测及销售报告。 - Coordinate with technical services on installations. 与技术服务人员协调设备安装。 - Follow-up on collection of payment, if necessary. 跟踪付款。 - Coordinate shipping schedules, delivery of merchandise and other services. 协调运输，日程，到货及其他服务。 Qualifications任职要求： Education教育背景·Bachelor degree in agriculture,animal feeding, mechanical or other equivalent major 农业，动物养殖，机械或其他相关专业本科学历（如有行业内经验可不受此条件限制）。 Experience经验要求·3 years above excellent sales performance which could be tracked 3年以上可追溯的优秀的销售绩效。 · Background in Layer Industry or agriculture industry will be an advantage 有蛋禽行业或农业相关行业经验者优先。Professional Skills / Knowledge职业技能：· Language Level: English skill is an advantage 语言水平：有英文能力者优先 Behaviour Competencies行为胜任特征：· Strong analytical, negotiation, logic and problem solving skills are a must. 优秀的分析，谈判，逻辑思维及问题解决能力。 · Strong communication skills and influence skills. 优
