Job Summary: Responsible for applications support Main Tasks Responsibilities : ·Conducts operator training for end users after installation of instruments ·Solves application / product problems promptly and completely ·Conducts product technical training for Sales / Engineers/distributors ·Maintains/updates products information promptly ·Visits client regularly and promote reagent for value-based management ·Pays periodic visits to Key Accounts for getting user feedbacks on our products and services ·Works closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre - sales promotion ·Coordinates instrument installation with Service Engineer and Sales ·Coordinates customer evaluation of products ·Assists customers in the interpretation of test results ·Assists in yearly budgeting exercise and prepare monthly report Basic Requirements of the Job : ·At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline ·More than 2 years experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory and / or similar experience in the industry ·Good command of English in both spoken and written ·Good command of MS office software application ·Product Application Expertise For more information about this job, please visit Roche career website: http://careers.roche.com/china
