Responsibilities 工作职责 Sales 销售 1.Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned. 确保自身以及员工符合公司关于形象、仪容仪表的要求，能够体现公司形象。 2.Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and treatments and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained. 确保在迎宾、接待客人等环节提供优质的客户服务，指导销售人员提供高质量的服务以保证客户满意度。 3.Cooperates with the other Department Managers regarding all issues related to the product and internal processes. 与其他部门经理合作处理与产品及内部流程相关的事项。 4.Personally manages all delicate situations regarding issues related to the product. 亲自处理所有与货品有关的棘手问题。 Management 管理 1.Creates a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure that this team is always motivated and competent. 创建团队并协调他们的工作，不断激励团队并确保团队能力。 2.Identifies and develops the strengths of each staff member, supporting professional growth through training. 发现并培养每一位员工的优势，通过培训来支持他们的专业发展。 3.Assigns targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analyzing the results, verifying monthly activities and setting up yearly assessments. 制定、分配定性定量指标，并通过分析销售业绩、每月活动及年度评估等方式确保指标的达成。 4.Ensures internal procedures are followed. 确保内部运作符合公司流程。 Qualifications 能力要求 1.Above Senior High School Education 具有高中以上学历； 2.Over 5 years experiences in luxury brand or premium hotel, of which 12 years in supervisor position 5年以上的相关奢侈品牌或星级酒店工作经验，其中12年为主管职位； 3.With strong sense of responsibility self-motivated; 有高度的责任心与工作积极性； 4.Active sales acquisition customer service 具有良好的销售主动性和客户服务； 5.With strong people skills and able to be in charge without dependence 具有一定的管理能力，经理不在的情况下能独立管理店铺运营; 6.Able to communicate in English 能够简单使用英文交流者优先考虑； 7.Passionate about a career in fashion 对时尚事业充满激情；
